Many of our customers have to come to us after using other web design companies, so we get to hear a lot about other web design companies misgivings, although we don't want to blow our own trumpet (too much!) we do pride ourselves in meeting our promises. All of our original customers still use us we have never lost a customer.

On deciding to use Fisheye Web Design at our first meeting we will agree a start date for the project and also agree a deadline for completion, we will not take on work without these two dates, so you will know exactly where you stand. If it's going to be a month before we can start your web site we will tell you, be aware that a lot of companies will take on your project and then do very little for a long period just to get your business.

We also only ask for a small deposit upfront normally 30% and the remainder on completion, this gives us extra motivation to complete your web site and you added security that we will get the job done.
